About the Author
SM Somerset loved earning her degree in History but knew she wouldn't be happy pursuing a career in academia. Instead, she embraced her life-long proclivity for using stories to understand the world around her and began weaving her historical studies into her fantasy world of the Winding Clock, the lives of her characters, and the plots of her books.
Her forthcoming novel, The Gray Sheep, is the first in the Lochsmith trilogy exploring nationalism, war, family, and building a life you're proud of.
